Mariners View is situated on the seafront overlooking the sea and harbour and just around the corner, there is a choice of restaurants and bars overlooking the marina. Nearby attractions include Hartlepool’s historic quay where you can step aboard the 18th-century British fighting ship HMS Trincomalee, dubbed the last of Nelson’s frigates.

The Marina is also home to the Hartlepool diving club and the Tees and Hartlepool yacht club. You can also walk or bike on the newly built promenade all the way to Seaton Carew. Close by there is a Multiplex cinema, health, and fitness centre with a swimming pool, and the impressive Middleton Grange shopping centre, the third-largest in the North East, which also has a traditional market hall.

Mariners View is ideally located to enjoy many visitor attractions over the Teesside Valley. Durham, Yorkshire, Hadrian’s Wall, Newcastle, and the Northumberland Heritage coast are all within easy driving distance with shops pubs, and restaurants within 500yards.

Our properties in Hartlepool are situated on the ground and second floors and, as the two on the second floor are adjacent to each other, larger parties may wish to book both. All apartments are fitted out to a 4-star standard. The second-floor apartments, have a balcony off the lounge where you can breathe the sea air and enjoy the panoramic sea views right across the bay.

Numbered car parking spaces are provided, linked to the apartments, with additional spaces for up to 30 visitors on a first come first serve basis.

At Mariners Point Hartlepool, the apartments are only one level. For the apartments on the second floor, there is a lift.
